A student suspended for misconduct will not be entitled to any fee refund.
If a parent engages in inappropriate behavior toward staff, the student may be suspended. Reinstatement requires a written apology, agreement to proper conduct, and possibly a review meeting. Failure to comply can result in permanent termination. No refund will be issued in such cases.
The laws of the Country, excluding conflict of law rules, shall govern these Terms and your use of the Service.
Contact the Company first to resolve any disputes. All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad Jurisdiction.
EU consumers will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country they reside in.
You represent that you are not located in a country under U.S. embargo or listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.
If any provision is held to be invalid, it will be interpreted to meet its objective as much as possible. Waiving a breach does not waive future breaches.
The original English text shall prevail in case of any dispute arising from a translated version.
