Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.1 Registration Fee:

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.2 Course Fee:

• No refunds will be provided after start of the course, except in cases of extreme emergencies, subject to management approval.
• In case of course cancellation by the institute, a 100% refund will be provided.

1.3 Refund Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

Conditions for Refunds

• All refund requests shall be made by the user by emailing payment@meandmath.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the platform and the company. The company shall waive all other means of communication made.
• All refunds shall be made only by the company’s customer care on following such guidelines.

No refund policy applies unless otherwise stated in this section.
